Oil-gas industry is a key part in Russia’s economy. The oil-gas tax is a major source of governmental financial income. This paper analyzes the background of Russia’s oil-gas market and tax policies, studies the trend of oil-gas resources tax and policies and presents a reference to the China and Russia’s oil-gas cooperation in the future.
